hoping that you still read this, I think of Nancy still all the time and miss her dearly, my heart still hurts, mostly when i pass by the store, can't seem to let her go. Time goes by so fast i loss track of days and realized her b-day just past,our birthdays are in the same month. Dear Mrs. Lopez,  I am so sorry for your loss of Nancy, I love her dearly since we attended West Junior High together. I left early to raise my son. But, she my a true friend to me. I will miss her very much. I am sorry I wasn't able to attend the funeral for I just found out over the weekend. I will nerver forget you and Nancy as Mom and daughter. Take care.

Please accept my deepest sympathies. Nancy was such a wonderful and beautiful woman, both inside and out. I remember when Nancy and I joined PAGA about the same time, she was alway right on top of everything, gave her all, and enjoyed every minute of it.  She had a smile that would light up a room, and a heart just as big.  I didn't see her very often, but when I did, she always had a smile and hug for me.  Nancy will be truly missed, but no longer in pain.  May she rest in peace. God Bless you all, my prayers will be with you all during this time of grief.

Nancy was always a joy to be around.  She was incredibly efficient, dressed beautifully, humorous, as was beautiful.  I worked with her briefly at the courthouse and loved working in Division Nine.  When she dared to wear pants at work, Judge Mauer always said to her, "Ms. Lopez, why are you wearing pants?"  Her stock answer, "All my dresses are in the cleaners."  
     Her wonderful, smiling face is immortalized on the ceiling of the 2nd floor of the County Counselor's Office, and she is wearing "jeans," with her trademark, impecable nails.  
     I will miss you Nancy.  I am sure you are with Connie Gonzalez.

Although I didn't see her often, when I did she was always gracious and encouraging. She would always encourage me to come back to work at the Circuit Court. When she first began working at the courthouse, I watched her advance in her skills as a secretary,and knowledge of the law as a court clerk.  She was excellent in the performance of her duties as well as she was a sensitive and loving person. I am blessed to have known her and worked with her for many years. I am thankful to have many pleasant memories of her. 

May God replace the void in your hearts with His love, peace and comfort.

I was so saddened to learn of Nancy's passing. It wasn't that long ago that I saw her walking thru the garage at work and we'd smile and speak to each other.  I've known Nancy for about 12 years (since my days in Criminal Records). I will miss her.

Expressing my most sincere condolences to Mrs. Lopez , brothers and family.  I know that Nancy would not want us to grief for her but it's so difficult not to feel the pain and loss of losing someone who you love as a sister. We were always there for one another as we grew up together in the neighborhood (West Side). I have alot of great memories and laughs that only the girls could understand.  Nancy and I went from grade school, thru high school, then continuing are careers working for the State of Missouri.  Sharing birthdays, work relations, family and anything we wanted to talk about, Nancy had a special way of listening and never passing judgement on anyone.  Nancy loved her mother and family dearly including her friend Ray.  I could go on and on and say so many good things of Nancy because that's who she was.  I will miss her and the special bond we held as family.  Nancy spoke with a positive & strong attitude and never being afraid of the long journey and challenges she was up against during her illness.  There are no words I can say that show how I will truly miss that gal.  May she rest in peace
