Norma was preceded in death by her husband John Dennis Bowman, mother Edith Greiser, sister Frances Prouty, brother Walter Potchad, grandson Phillip Hanly and great-grandson Gralon Kimble. She is survived by daughters Sandi Monda and Denise Wipperman , son John Bowman, Jr. son Larry (Sondra) Bowman and the Crazy Daisy flower guy Terry Morris. While each and every grandchild, great grandchild, nieces and nephews were loved and adored by Norma, we knew she felt blessed with a favorite. Her best companion and love of her life was her grand fur baby Charlie.
She loved baking, it was nothing for her to bake 36 or more loaves of bread along with sugar cookies and pumpkin rolls for others. That is how she got the name KookieMom. She also loved watching all sports especially her K.C. Royals and K.C. Chiefs and conversing with others about the games. She loved the Game Show Network and especially every night at 6:30pm Wheel of Fortune. She loved Frank Sinatra; Michael Buble and Josh Groban along with many other artists. She loved her family and friends and all the gatherings and holidays when everyone was together. Christmas Eve was her favorite.
