

Patty was a lifelong resident of Kansas City and a graduate of O’Hara High School (1972) and the University of Missouri-Kansas City (1976) where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. During her lengthy marketing and public relations career, she served as Special Events Director for Macy’s, Account Executive for Sherman Goelz & Associates, Director of Tourism for the City of Independence, Vice President of The Langley Group and President and Founder of PC Management Associates. She also served on the Board of Directors of Girl Scouts of Northeast Kansas and Northwest Missouri and was a volunteer at St. Joseph Medical Center. Patty was a passionate Royals fan and a highlight of her professional career came as an organizer of the World Series Express that transported elected officials, former Royals players and player’s families to St. Louis for Game 3 of the 1985 World Series.
Patty was preceded in death by her parents, William Nolte and Catherine (Bowe) Nolte. She is survived by her sisters Carole Damon and Chris Pattavina (Tim), her nieces and nephews, Michelle Pattavina Lizak (Ben), Matt Damon (Danae), Michael Pattavina (Courtney), Anthony Pattavina (Laura), Tracey Damon Lanning (Brian), Joseph Pattavina (Ashley), 11 great nieces and nephews with one more on the way and many other relatives and dear friends. Patty will be laid to rest at Mt. Moriah in a private interment.
