Patricia Ann Regan passed peacefully on Sunday, January 9, surrounded by her eight children. She left this world to be reunited with her husband of 34 years, Robert E. Regan, and son, Timmy. Patty was a proud daughter of Antonito, CO, a cherished member of the Guardian Angels Catholic parish of midtown Kansas City and the greater Westport community. She loved her children, grandchildren, great-grandson, the Democratic party, St. Patrick’s Day, Alex Trebek, and getting the latest news from friends and relatives over backporch Old Milwaukees. She loved many and was loved dearly in return. At 96½ years, she was taken too soon, and that speaks volumes about who she was and what she meant to so many.
Patty’s life will be celebrated in an appropriate fashion (friends, Irish music, toasts, laughter, tears, etc.) later this summer.
