

Patricia Ann (Perdue) Turner, 48 years old, of Kansas City, Missouri, known to her close friends and family as "Trish", passed away Monday, December 6, 2010 at NorthCare Hospice House, after a long 9-year battle with cancer. Visitation will be held from 2:00-3:00 p.m. followed by funeral service at 3:00 p.m. Friday, December 10, at Mt. Moriah and Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road. Interment in Mt. Moriah Cemetery South. Trish was born July 23, 1962 in Kansas City, Missouri. She had worked at CarQuest Auto Parts on Independence Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri, till cancer left her unable to work in 2007. Trish was preceded in death by her husband David Turner (Independence, Missouri); parents William O. and Celeste E. (Walters) Perdue (Independence, Missouri); grandparents Chancey M. and Tereasa C. Walters (Independence, Missouri), A.E. and Nancey A. Perdue (Holden, Missouri); and sister Sheryl D. Perdue (Independence, Missouri). She is survived by her loving companion Terry Browning of Sugar Creek, Missouri; five brothers Kenneth Perdue of Rich Hill, Missouri, Lawrence Perdue of Foster, Missouri, Phillip Perdue of Independence, Missouri, Jack Perdue of Kansas City, Missouri and Rick Perdue of Lee's Summit, Missouri; two sisters Dixie Ridpath and Vickie L. Freeman, both of Independence, Missouri; five nieces Alisha Alvarez, April Perdue, and Misty Perdue, all of Independence, Missouri, Debbie Wimsatt of Rich Hill, Missouri and Sandy Coffman of Hume, Missouri; six nephews Chris Perdue of Florida, Kyle Perdue, Joe Perdue, Benny Freeman, and Bobby Freeman, all of Independence, Missouri, and Larry Perdue Jr. of Foster, Missouri; four great-nieces Ashley, Sam, Briana and Michelle, and two great-nephews Antonio and Joe.
