My prayers to Pat's family & friends. Pat was a key member in my recovery. When I 1st began my journey Pat was leading the Beginners meeting  & his honesty, kindness & support kept me coming back to that meeting week after week to to rack up my monthly chips & soon I started getting year coins & that was 14 yrs ago. So grateful for his help & guidance.

I have so many fond memories of Uncle Pat.  Swimming at your guys house and so many Christmases and thanksgivings.  So many wonderful holidays and it was always a treat to see you and Uncle Pat.  I still laugh about the Chia pet that passed around year after year between the sisters and brothers.
I’m sorry for your loss Aunt Brenda.
I love you and my prayers are with you.

Sorry to hear about Pat ,he was a good friend from Bishop Hogan and was the fastest man I ever saw when he played center field with all of us ,his nick name was Cheetah.
Pat and Brenda were always so much fun to be around in the early years…

Pat was always the smile you could count on.  I’ll always remember him for the kind- hearted nature of his personality.  I miss you Uncle Pat.

When I think of my Uncle Pat, I think of an impeccably dressed man, not unlike his father (my Grandfather Thorne). I’ll always remember his classic smile and chuckle that came with the stories he told between him and his younger siblings. All the love, blessings, and rest to my Aunt Brenda. May the exceptional care you showed Uncle Pat be turned toward yourself now- to attend to your exhausted hands and grieving heart. We love you from Austin.

Pat was my Sponsor, But He was much more than that. Pat was a trusted friend and mentor who supported me through some of my toughest times & My Best of Times. Pat’s work with Me laid the foundation for my sobriety and my life!

I owe a lot to this man. His generosity and kindness were two of his most prominent characteristics and he showed them often. He is leaving a profound legacy, where he helped so many people through his inspiration and testimonials, creating a ripple effect of positivity in many lives. I'm going to miss you uncle Pat and I'll see you again.

Pat was a pivotal person in my life.  He had a profound impact on me in the early stages of my recovery from alcoholism.  He was there the very first day. Caring, funny,  wise. He gave me a candy bar and said " eat this kid, you look like you need it." He was an older gentleman who I could confide in and gain from his experience and strength.  Sincere respect and admiration to him. I wouldn't be where I am today without him.
