Robert was born on September 4, 1926 in Jackson City, Missouri to Verne & Hazel Boone.
He leaves behind his wife of 72 years, Agatha Boone, children: David Boone, Diane Crouse, Dale (Jean) Boone.
He was “Poppi” to 4 grandchildren; Jessica, Mason, Heather & Logan. 2 nieces & 2 nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents & sisters, Jean Thompson & Joan Peace.
He served in the Army with the 25th Division in the South Pacific & occupation of Japan. He retired from Bendix (Honeywell) in 1980.
He enjoyed golfing, bowling, playing cards & gardening.
He was a quiet, honest man & will be remembered for his integrity.
