

Rose Mary Saulet Davis, age 94, of Stockbridge, GA, passed away peacefully on May 19th, 2024. Born on January 1st, 1930, in Kansas City, KS, to Harold Antione Saulet Sr. and Elizabeth Catherine Laurent. Rose Mary was a cherished member of her community and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Rose Mary attended St. Monica's Catholic School through the 8th grade and then went on to graduate from Lincoln High School. She dedicated her career to working in the medical and nursing fields, where she made significant contributions and touched many lives. On August 13th, 1976, she married Granville Davis, with whom she shared many wonderful years.
Rose Mary was preceded in death by her husband Granville Davis, her father Harold Antione Saulet Sr., her mother Elizabeth Catherine Laurent Carter, her stepfather Robert Carter Sr., her sisters Edith Carter McIntyre and Joanne Saulet Wells, her brothers Harold Saulet Jr., Robert Carter, and Michael Carter, and her grandsons Tracy Andrews and Rodney Andrews.
She is survived by her children Dierdre Ann Alex Andrews (Harold), Stephen Phillip Alex, Cynthia Maria Alex Green (Charles), and Anthony Richard Starks (April). She is also survived by sister-in-laws Vivienne Smith and Bobbie Saulet, 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Rose Mary's kindness, generosity, and unwavering spirit touched the lives of many and her legacy will live on through the many people she inspired.
Rose Mary will be forever remembered and cherished by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her spirit and love will continue to live on in our hearts.
A Celebration of Life service for Rose Mary will be held on Friday, June 7 starting at 11am at McGilley Antioch Chapel, 3325 NE Vivion Rd., Kansas City, MO 64119.
