Thomas Edward "Tete" Conway, 67, Kansas City, MO passed away July 26, 2016 at home. He was born May 11, 1949 in Kansas City MO. He was the son of Merle and Helen Conway and the brother of Jim Conway. He raised his family and lived a full live within 1/2 mile of his boyhood home.
Tete cherished his beautiful wife of 44 years, Marilyn. Together they raised 2 children, Jennifer and Kelly. Tete had 5 grandchildren: Kelsey, Noah, Kade, Cooper and Alex. He is also survived by his mother, Helen and brother, Jim. He was preceded in death by his father Merle Conway.
Tete's biggest passion was attending his grandkids sports events. He missed very few of their games over the years. He loved going to farm auctions, buying and selling equipment and just recently bought himself a golf cart so he could still attend them after he became ill. Tete was the epitome of humble, honorable, hardworking, strong, loving amazing man. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by many as well.
The Rosary will be prayed at 9:30am, followed by visitation at 10am, and funeral at 11am, Saturday, July 30, at McGilley & Sheil Chapel. Burial in Blue Springs Cemetery. Online condolences may be left at www.mcgilleysheil.com.
