Wallace Ray Sumner, 87, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, passed away February 16, 2026.
He was born on July 5, 1938. Wallace served in the United States Navy from 1956 to 1960. He enjoyed restoring cars and bird hunting.
Wally is survived by his wife-Penelope Sumner, sister- Mildred Cary, step children and daughter-in-law- Roger and Kimberly Copple, Lizanne Copple, John Copple. Proceeded by his son- Brett Wayne Sumner. In addition, Wally is survived by 16 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
