Wanda was preceded in death by her husband Eldie Shepard, parents Thomas and Ruth Winger Shepherd and sister Marjorie Shepherd. Survivors include her sons Gilbert Brown (Pat) and Thomas Brown (Linn), 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and sister Dorothy Jackson (Vince).
Visitation in 1:00-2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 2 at Mount Moriah Terrace Park; with Graveside Service following at 2:00 p.m. at Mount Moriah Terrace Park Cemetery.
