Wilson E. Moore, 94, passed away July 22, 2015. Wilson was born October 30, 1920 the son of Ira and Rena (Powell) Moore. He served his country in the United States Navy during WWII as a tail gunner. On May 23, 1981 Wilson married Sandra (Olson) Moore. They shared 34 years of marriage together. Wilson was well respected in the auto business for his expertise and generosity to not only business associates but to everyone he met. He is survived by his wife, Sandy and his beloved daughter Christine Davis (Charles) of Houston, TX, many cousins and friends. He is also survived by his beloved pets, Charlie Brown and Trixie. Wilson was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Martha Buckner (Roy). Visitation will be Monday, July 27, 2015 from 1 pm until service time at 2 pm at Floral Hills Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made to Children’s Mercy Hospital, Wayside Waifs or Continua Home Health and Hospice, 13002 State Line Rd, Leawood, KS 66209.
