Betty June Carson (Emanuel), age 96, of Katy, Texas passed away on Friday, June 11, 2021. Betty was born January 10, 1925 in Everett, Washington to Inga Michaelson and Jack Michaelson.

Betty is survived by daughter Nancy Kay Gilmore; friend Denise Armstrong, friend Debbie Pfereffer, friend Michelle Porter and friend Barbara Becraft.

Betty was preceded in death by her first husband Shadrick Thomas Gilmore; second husband Wayne Blair Carson; father Jack Michaelson; mother Inga Michaelson brother Allen Michaelson; brother John Michaelson and brother Douglas Michaelson.

A memorial service for Betty will be held Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Katy Funeral Home, 23350 Kingsland Blvd, KATY, TX 77494. A cremation will occur.
