In the afternoon on July 19th, 2015 Harvey passed away at Grace Care Center of Katy, as a result of Cancer. Harvey was 58 years old.
Services will be held on Friday, July 24, 2015 at 3:00 P.M.in the Chapel at Katy Funeral Home located at 23350 Kingsland Blvd., Katy, Texas 77494. Memorial service will be under the direction of Chaplain Daniel Schramm.
