Johnny Drake Palmour born February 17, 1948 in Claremore, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2014 in Katy, Texas. Mr. Palmour is survived by his wife, Paula LaPoint Palmour; daughter, Cheryl L. Stallings; son, Rodney D. Palmour; grandchildren, Victoria Stallings and Kyle Stallings and sister, Lois DeLoach. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Katy Funeral Home, 23350 Kingsland Boulevard in Katy, Texas with Rev. Charles Wisdom of Second Baptist Church officiating.
