

Ken grew up in Chicago and attended St. Ignatius High School. He graduated from I.I.T. college in 1974 before continuing his education at the University of Illinois, where he obtained his MBA in 1981. Ken married the love of his life, Dionne, in 1981 and they had three beautiful children. They lived together in Illinois for 10 years before moving to Atlanta, Georgia, where there are 32 Peachtree streets. Later in life they moved to Sugarland, TX.
Ken served his country in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Weapons Officer & Navigator. Ken worked hard to make sure he supported his family and was a wonderful father & husband.
Ken had three children, Kristen Decker, Alexander Adamitis & Amanda Martin; five siblings, Robert Adamitis, Donald Adamitis, Jean Steiber, James Adamitis, & Rita Adamitis; & ten grandchildren, Danny Decker, Franky Decker, Gideon Decker, Jacqueline Decker, Reagan Decker, Emma Decker, Molly Decker, Chloe Adamitis, Teddy Adamitis & Rosemary Martin.
Ken was man of Faith, he loved community Bible study. He loved his church, his country, and most of all his family. He waits for us in heaven as we treasure his memory forever.
