He is preceded in death by his father, Casildo J. Cisneros, his mother, Baudilia G. Cisneros, his brothers, Casildo "Cecil" Cisneros Jr., and Jessie Cisneros.
He is servived by his brothers Jose "Joe" Cisneros, Isreal Cisneros, Daniel Cisneros, sister Rosemarie Cisneros, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service is scheduled for Sunday, January 14, 2018, at 11:00AM, in the Chapel of Katy Funeral Home, 23350 Kingsland Boulevard, Katy, Texas 77494.
