Mr. Mont G. Evans, of Houston, Texas, passed away on March 21, 2026, at 94 years of age. Mont was born to Carl and Ruby Evans in Seminole, Oklahoma. He attended Old San Jancinto High School in Houston before enlisting in the Navy prior to the Korean War. He returned to Houston after his tour and married Mary Ann Beckerman. Mont graduated from the University of Houston and worked for Utotem providing accounting services.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 51 years and survived by his son, Charles, his daughter, Dana Yost and KC, her husband, along with 6 grandchildren and their spouses, and 10 Great-Grandchildren.
