

Natalia Colin Delgado, a beloved resident of Katy, Texas, passed away on February 10, 2026, at the age of 79. Born on November 25, 1946, Natalia was a woman of remarkable dedication and warmth, known for her commitment to family and community.
Natalia grew up in San Antonio, Texas, where she attended Burbank High School. Her career was marked by her role as a jeweler associate and later as a part-time student transportation operator. She was recognized for her hard work and was promoted to Co-Manager at Houston Jewelry.
In 1967, Natalia married Joe A Delgado Sr. in San Antonio, Texas. Together, they shared a life filled with love and companionship. Natalia's family was her pride and joy, and she was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was the best Mamo ever. She is survived by her husband, Joe A Delgado Sr., her son, Joseph A. Delgado Jr., her daughter, Diana Ryzewski, her grandchildren
Eric Ryzewski, Aveena Ryzewski, Joseph A. Delgado, Melissa Delgado, and Cameron Delgado. Her Great grandchildren, Leah Isaacks, Kyle Isaacks, Chase Mosley, Bentley Urrutia, Gage Ryzewski, Cherish Ryzewski, and AK Ryzewski. Her Great great grandchildren, Delilah Tipping and Noah Isaacks.
Natalia was also an animal lover, having cherished her German Shepherd, Harvey, and her Golden Retriever, Rudy. In her early years she enjoyed golfing, bowling, participating in a softball league with her colleagues, later in life she found joy in sewing, shopping, and cooking, her rice was off the chain! She loved to fellowship with her girlfriends and frequently traveled to San Antonio to enjoy the best Tex-Mex food and sweet bread.
Natalia was best known for her hard work and dedication to taking care of her family for over 60 years. Her kitchen was always open, and no one ever left without a full plate and a welcoming hug. The holidays were either feast or famine, but always filled with love. Mamo will be deeply missed and forever loved. She gave of herself freely, often putting the needs of others before her own. The ultimate care she showed and the lives she touched are part of the lasting legacy she leaves behind. Until we meet again.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, her father Luis R. Collin, her mother Eduina Davila, her sister and partner #1 in crime Sylvia Bejar, her brother Junior Morteo, Gary Taube and her grandson and partner #2 in crime Alan Christopher Taube.
A wake will be held at Katy Funeral Home, located at 23350 Kingsland Blvd, Katy, TX 77494, on February 19, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The funeral service will also take place at Katy Funeral Home on February 20, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, followed by a committal service at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079, from 11:00 am to 11:30 am.
