She enjoyed sewing, travelling, and going to local opries, and worked for Presidential Insurance for over thirty years, as well as Weyerhauser and Mustang.
Peggy is preceded in rest by her mother and father. She is survived by her husband, James Owens, as well as her son, Michael and Tracey Owens; granddaughter Haylee and Corey Vinegar; grandson Mathew and Katie Young, and great granddaughter Meadow Young; Brother Charles and Georgette Falk; Sister, Sissy Evelo & Sister Wanda Reynolds; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service for Peggy will take place on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Katy Funeral Home located at 23350 Kingsland Boulevard in Katy, Texas.
