

Raised by Celestine and George Williams, Reginald grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana where he attended Buras High School. He would then attend the University of Texas and would be employed by Chevron as a Pipeline Scheduler for 25+ years. Reginald proudly served the nation in the Army receiving numerous military honors for his heroic efforts in Desert Storm.
Reginald married the love of his life, Natasha Rome, on December 27th, 1994 in Gretna, Louisiana. The two would then create a loving family consisting of 5 children. Reginald served as the patriarch of his family and played a vital role in shaping his 4 boys into young men, and had a bond with his daughter that only the two would understand. He coached his sons in AAU basketball and little league having an impact on every child he coached.
Reggie never met a stranger and his personality was infectious. He cherished his role of being a “pawpaw” to his grandchildren and was best known for the love he had for his family.
Reginald was preceded in death by his mother Celestine Williams, his stepfather George Williams, and his twin brother Ronald Dewayne Sigers.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories with his best friend, rock and love of his life Natasha Rome Sigers, his children Ellis and wife Ashley, Elix, Reginald Jr. and wife Alexandra, Ryan and wife Kaylyn, and his baby girl Re’mani, his grandchildren Annelise, Ellis Jr., Allison and William, his siblings Lisa and spouse Berthard, Charlitha and spouse Gregory, Paula, Robert, and Kingyetta, his aunts Charlie Dicks and Thelma London, and his two god children Shiloh and Sunday.
A visitation for Reginald will be held Thursday, June 6, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Katy Funeral Home, 23350 Kingsland Blvd, KATY, TX 77494, followed by a funeral service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
