Born on October 2, 1940, in Hemingford, Nebraska, Sharon grew up in Greenup, Kentucky, where she also graduated from high school.
Sharon built a steady and respected career in management with Chevron in Houston, Texas, and retired in 1999.
On April 16, 1959, Sharon married Charles Bramblett (passed away 7/6/2010) in Greenup Kentucky. Together, they shared a life rooted in devotion to family. After her passing, Sharon is lovingly remembered for the deep care she poured into those she loved most.
Family was Sharon’s greatest interest and joy. She enjoyed pottery, crocheting, and gardening, and she especially loved being with her children, grand children, and great children. Her favorite moments were often the simplest ones—playing Solitaire and Uno, and spending time in Galveston.
Sharon was best known for her cooking—family meals that gathered everyone together and made home feel like home. She was very faithful in our Lord Jesus Christ, and family meant more to her than anything. Family is the very reason why she held on to life as long as she did. She will be tremendously missed by all. She was truly a gift from God. Her absence in the flesh is felt; however, we believe deeply that her presence in the Kingdom will continue to bless all those left behind.
Sharon was preceded in death by Donna (sister), Bobby Joe (Sister), Beverly (Sister), Butch (Brother), Virgina (Sister), Trinity (Great Grand Daughter), and Charles Bramblett (Husband).
Sharon is survived by RD Lucke (Brother), Teresa (Daughter), Sheri (Daughter), Angie (Daughter), Kathy (Daughter), 10 Grand Children, 9 Great Grand Children and 1 on the way, and 4 Great Great Grand Children.
