Tina graduated from Hammond Central School in 1975, St. Lawrence University (1979) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology, and the University of North Dakota (1982) where she completed her Master’s Degree in Geology. Tina began her career with Conoco Inc., Houston TX in September 1982. In 2013, Tina with her brother Tom became owners of Langbrook Meadows Golf Course and Country Club in Brier Hill, NY. Then in 2014 she purchased Langtry Farms, an operating dairy farm in Hammond, NY.
Throughout her life, Tina was adventurous, always willing to tackle new experiences. Growing up on a dairy farm it was not unusual to see her milking cows, baling hay or driving a team of draft horses. She was on the first girls high school soccer team, played in a summer softball league during her college years and later enjoyed bowling with friends, fishing in the Gulf, stopping in to nearby casinos, cheering on the Astros and NASCAR races. Tina’s employment with Conoco took her around the world and she continued to enjoy travelling in retirement. In quieter moments, Tina used sewing skills learned as a child to complete quilts, needlepoint, and other crafts that became gifts for family and friends. She was very generous in her gift giving.
