It is with profound sadness that the Parra family announces the passing of Tito Hugo Parra Morán, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, who departed peacefully on October 6th, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family.

Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, on January 12, 1946, Tito lived a life marked by integrity, compassion, and devotion to his family and faith. He will be remembered for his strength, wisdom, and gentle heart — a man who led with kindness and inspired those around him through humility and perseverance.

A faithful husband to Carmen Elena Pérez de Parra, Tito shared with her a life of deep love and partnership that became the foundation of their family. He was the proud father of Carlos Javier Parra Pérez, Carmen Elena Porras, Luis Porras, and Adriana Aguilar Parra, and the cherished grandfather of Carlos Javier Parra, Andrea Sophia Parra, Victoria Isabella Parra, and Sophia Alexandra Parra.

His memory will live on through the values he instilled, the love he gave, and the lives he touched. To his family and friends, he leaves a legacy of faith, dedication, and unconditional love.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to all who have offered prayers, comfort, and support during this difficult time.

Con profundo dolor, la familia Parra anuncia el fallecimiento de Tito Hugo Parra Morán, querido esposo, padre, abuelo, hermano y amigo, quien partió en paz el 6 de octubre de 2025, rodeado del amor de su familia.

Nacido en Maracaibo, Venezuela, el 12 de enero de 1946, Tito vivió una vida marcada por la integridad, la bondad y una profunda devoción a su familia y a su fe. Será recordado por su fortaleza, su sabiduría y su corazón noble; un hombre que lideró con el ejemplo, con humildad y con amor incondicional hacia los suyos.

Fiel esposo de Carmen Elena Pérez de Parra, Tito compartió con ella una vida llena de amor y compañerismo, que se convirtió en el pilar de su familia. Fue un orgulloso padre de Carlos Javier Parra Pérez, Carmen Elena Porras, Luis Porras y Adriana Aguilar Parra, y un abuelo amoroso de Carlos Javier Parra, Andrea Sophia Parra, Victoria Isabella Parra y Sophia Alexandra Parra.

Su memoria vivirá para siempre en los valores que inculcó, en el amor que sembró y en las vidas que tocó. A su familia y amigos les deja un legado de fe, dedicación y amor eterno.
