Vicente Degante

Vicente was born March 26, 1976 in Mexico City, Mexico to Rogelio Degante and Sabina Barrera. He started truck driving since the year 2000 and in 2006 started his own trucking company. He was always very hardworking, brave, and passionate about his job. He enjoyed the different challenges he had to face daily, as well as being able to travel all across the United States. Vicente loved coming home from a long week of work to spend time with his family and was described as a fun, loving, and loyal friend to all.

Mr. Vicente Degante leaves behind his loving wife of 25 years, Gloria Degante; 2 sons, Vicente Jose Degante & Angel Degante; Daughter, Janet Degante; Grandchild, Mateo Vicente Degante and grand baby on the way; as well as his brothers, sisters, cousins, nieces, nephews, and more family & friends.

Mr. Vicente was a loving & caring Husband, Father, and friend, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

The Degante family will like to give a special thanks to all the family, friends, neighbors, and people who have been supporting them through these difficult times.

A visitation for Mr. Vicente will be held Sunday, November 21, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Katy Funeral Home, 23350 Kingsland Blvd, KATY, TX 77494. A prayer will be held Sunday, November 21, 2021 at 4:00 PM.

A funeral mass will occur Monday, November 22, 2021 at 11:30 AM at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, 5356 11th St., Katy, TX 77493.

A graveside service will occur Monday, November 22, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Katy Magnolia Cemetery, 6801 Franz Rd., Katy, TX 77493.

El Sr. Vicente Degante, de 45 años, de Katy, Texas, falleció el lunes 8 de noviembre de 2021, rodeado de su querida familia y amigos. Está bajo el cuidado de Katy Funeral Home.

El Sr. Vicente nació el 26 de marzo de 1976 en la Ciudad de México de Rogelio Degante y Sabina Barrera. Él comenzó a conducir camiones desde el año 2000 y en 2006 comenzó su propia empresa de camiones. Siempre fue muy trabajador, valiente y apasionado por su trabajo. Disfrutó de los diferentes desafíos que tenía que enfrentar a diario, además de poder viajar por todo Estados Unidos. A Vicente le encantaba volver a casa después de una larga semana de trabajo para pasar tiempo con su familia y fue descrito como un amigo divertido, cariñoso y leal para todos.

El Sr. Vicente Degante deja atrás a su amada esposa durante 25 años, Gloria Degante; 2 hijos, Vicente Jose Degante y Angel Degante; Hija, Janet Degante; Nieto, Mateo Vicente Degante y nieto/a en camino; así como sus hermanos, hermanas, primos, sobrinas, sobrinos y más familiares y amigos.

El Sr. Vicente fue un Esposo, Padre y amigo muy amoroso y cariñoso; todos los que lo conocieron lo extrañarán mucho.

La familia Degante desea agradecer especialmente a toda la familia, amigos, vecinos y personas que los han apoyado en estos momentos difíciles.

Una visita para el Sr. Vicente se llevará a cabo el Domingo 21 de Noviembre de 2021 de 1:00 p.m. a 5:00 p.m. en Katy Funeral Home, 23350 Kingsland Blvd, KATY, TX 77494. Se llevará a cabo una oración el Domingo 21 de Noviembre de 2021 a las 4:00 PM.

Una misa fúnebre tendrá lugar el lunes 22 de Noviembre de 2021 a las 11:30 a.m. en la Iglesia Católica St. Bartholomew, 5356 11th St., Katy, TX 77493.

Un servicio junto a la tumba se llevará a cabo el lunes 22 de Noviembre de 2021 a la 1:00 p.m. en Katy Magnolia Cemetery, 6801 Franz Rd., Katy, TX 77493.
