

Hazel was born to Ryerson Neil Cameron, and Katheryn Hazel (James) Cameron in Stanchel, Prince Edward Island, Canada on September 9th, 1931. Hazel attended school in Stanchel, as well as Brattleboro, Vermont, graduating from Brattleboro High School Class of 1949.
Hazel for many years worked in accounting for local businesses, Cersosimo Lumber of Brattleboro, and The Experiment of International Living also of Brattleboro. Most recently Hazel found great pride in assisting clients, both in direct care, and assisting with outreach programs for Residential Resources, and Chesco of Keene.
Hazel is survived by her son Brian L. Walker of Hinsdale, NH, Pam Blouin and daughter Michele Tshonis and her husband Thomas of Keene. George Parks, Kathleen Gibson of Ware, Mass, Tony Parks of Florence, Mass., and Thomas Tsohonis of Keene, NH. She is also survived by one brother, Ira N. Cameron, and his wife Simone of Ware, Mass.
Mrs. Walker was predeceased by her husband Gordon F. Walker in 1996.
Committal services will be held in the springtime at Meeting House Hill Cemetery in Brattleboro, VT. Further service information will be posted in the spring.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mrs. Walker’s name to The First Baptist Church of Keene, 105 Maple Ave, Keene, Residential Resources, Inc. 34 West St., 2nd Floor, Keene, or Chesco 145 Gilbo Ave, Keene.
The family has entrusted the Fletcher Funeral Home with Mrs. Walker’s care.
