Heather Ann Cannon

Her parents, Ernest and Mary (Lounder) Kirouac welcomed their daughter into the world on May 2, 1973, in Harvard, MA. She grew up in Swanzey, NH and was a graduate of Monadnock Regional High School in Swanzey.

A resident of Keene since 2005, Heather worked as a traffic controller with NE Traffic Control.

She loved the outdoors, and during the summer months, she loved working at the Cheshire Fair with the Fiesta Shows Group. She enjoyed baking and cooking, however her special memories were those created with her family.

She is survived by her children, Brittany Woolsey and her partner, Michael Thompson, Kimberly Woolsey and her partner, Josh French, Kristin Woolsey, Tyler Cannon and his partner Jade Galford, all of Keene; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Thompson, Abbigayle Thompson, Ellianna Thompson, Dominick Thompson, Kadyn French, Maddison French, Roxanne French, Aurora May Kirouac; her father, Ernest Kirouac and his wife, Carolyn, of Swanzey; a brother-in-law, Mark Lambert and his daughter, Jessica, of York, PA; her ex-husband, Mark Woolsey; and many extended family and friends. Her mother, a daughter, Tiffany Rose Kirouac Woolsey, and a sister, Ann Lambert, predeceased her.

Services and burial in the South Cemetery, Richmond, NH will be held privately by the family. A celebration of Heather’s life will be held by family at a later date and time to be announced.
