

She was born on February 4, 1942 in Nelson, NH, the daughter of Edward and Ruby (Guillow) Murdough.
On February 23, 1958, she married George N. Warner, Sr. in a service in Nelson. Together they celebrated 56 wonderful years.
Joan was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. Joan cherished raising her family and caring for children in her home. She also stayed involved in her community as a 4-H leader for many years. Joan was a social woman and enjoyed building relationships and visiting with friends through her hobby of selling Avon for over 35 years.
Joan will be dearly missed by her children: George N. Warner, Jr. and his wife Gina of Nelson, Bruce A. Warner and his significant other Lee Carpenter of Nelson, Pat Thompson and her husband John of Marlow, Jeff Warner, Sr. and his wife Doris of Marlow, and Joann Warner of Nelson; grandchildren: Megan and Jason, Matt and Liz, Mary and Jason, John, Jr. and Briana, Becky and Josh, Heather and Luke, Cory and Morgan, Maya and Trevor, Ashley, Brittney and Daniel, and Jeff, Jr; great grandchildren: Tori and Riley, Troy, Ellen, Annabel, Julianna, Brayden, Kaylee, Brode, Kelcie, Makayla, Deegan, Mason, Tanner, Bristol, Dakota, Kamryn, Cameron; great-great grandchild: Zane; silbings: Art Murdough of Marlow and Wray Murdough, Sr. of Swanzey; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
She was predeceased by her one and only true love: George Warner, Sr, on November 9, 2014; twin daughters (1967); great-granddaughter: Rylee (2012); parents: Edward and Ruby Murdough; and siblings: Ted Murdough and Aub Murdough.
Calling hours will be held at the Congregational Church, 830 Nelson Road, Nelson, NH on February 12, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm with services held on February 13, 2018 at 11:00 am, also at the Nelson Congregational Church.
