

She was born in Lynn, MA., to James G and Geraldine (Fowler) Mosher. She grew up in Lynn and was a 1961 graduate of Lynn Classical High School. In 1970 she moved to Keene after starting her family and working in Brooklyn, NY.
She married Michael J. Magee of Keene on May 26, 1983.
In Keene, she worked for more than 20 years as a Service Coordinator, beginning with American Optical and retiring from Precitech in 2005.
She was a dedicated parishioner of St Bernard’s Catholic Church and a faithful member of the St Bernard’s Folk Choir. She came from a family rich in musical talent. She loved to play her banjo and guitar and sing with the Folk Group during church services and at other venues including a yearly “Mass on the Mountain” atop Stratton Mountain, VT, which she enjoyed greatly. She had fun camping with friends and attending Blue Grass Music festivals.
She lived for visits with her grandchildren, attending family events, sports games, and every special occasion. She enjoyed traveling with friends and her husband Mike as they touched many corners of the world. Her life was dedicated to an active and healthy lifestyle and even through declining health she carried an inspiring spirit of faith and determination. In her down time she enjoyed documenting her grandchildren’s lives and adventures through her scrap booking hobby.
She is survived by her husband, of 32 years, Michael J. Magee of Keene; her daughters: Kori DeLuca and her husband Travis Wendel of Wilmington, VT, Kerri Boyd and her husband Seth of Whitingham, VT, and Shannon H. Magee of Bullhead City, AZ; her 4 grandchildren: Skyler and Sadie Boyd of Whitingham, VT and Liam and Simon Wendel of Wilmington, VT; two nieces: Jan Dargue and her husband Chris of Pelham, NH and Donna Jaskiel and her husband Charles of Methuen, MA; her adopted family in Kenya: Adelaide Kariuki and her daughter Janet Wambere. She is also survived by her Siamese cat, Mocha. She was predeceased by her parents as well as her brother: James “Jimmy” Mosher.
A memorial service will be held, at St Bernard Church, 185 Main St, Keene, on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 5:30PM followed by a fellowship at St Margaret Mary’s 33 Arch St, Keene. At Judi’s request, there will be no Public Calling Hours and Burial will be private.
It was also Judi’s wish, that instead of flowers, memorial donations be made to either the St. Bernard Folk Music Group, c/o Chris Dube, 161 Main St, Keene, NH 03431; or the Monadnock Humane Society (www.monadnockhumanesociety.org), 101 W Swanzey Rd, Swanzey, NH 03446
