Kristen L. Hinrichs

She was born May 15, 1987, in Keene, NH the daughter of Mark and Kathy (Gibson) Hinrichs.

Kristen was a devoted mother, loving companion and caring daughter and sister. Providing a loving home for her children and her fiancé, Greg, was her top priority. She was at her happiest when she could do things for others. She loved to open her home for Christmas and share special memories with her family and friends. She would always cook family favorites like Pecan Pie, Cream Puffs and her homemade cookies. She also shared her home with several four-legged companions, which held a very special place in her heart, especially her kitty, “Paul Newman”. She also enjoyed taking trips to the ocean, especially trips to Wells Beach in Maine.

She is survived by her son: Landon M. Hinrichs, her daughter: Aluna B. Velazquez, both of Keene, her Father: Mark Hinrichs of Keene, her brother: Tyson Hinrichs of Keene, her maternal grandmother: Nancy Gibson of Hudson, NH, her fiancé Greg Nephew of Keene and many extended family members. She is predeceased by her mother: Kathy Hinrichs.

A Celebration of her life will be held at the Foley Funeral Home, 49 Court St. Keene, NH on Monday, April 9, 2018 from 6 to 8pm. A Memorial Service will be held at the at the First Baptist Church, Maple Ave, Keene, NH on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 11am. Those attending the service are invited to join the family for a reception immediately following and are asked to bring a covered dish or dessert to share.
