

He was born in Langdon, NH, March 22, 1945, the son of Anna (Smofski) and Theodore M. Jadkowski, Sr. He grew up in Drewsville, NH, moving to Keene as a young man.
He enjoyed attending fairs, especially the Cheshire Fair in Swanzey, NH, and traveling to Hampton Beach. He had a special love for the fire department and fire apparatus, and that special bond was shared back to him through members of the Keene Fire Department and DiLuzio Ambulance Service.
He is survived by a brother, Theodore M. Jadkowski, Jr., and his many friends that he made in the greater Keene area, and friends afar, as he traveled and visited other areas of the state. He will especially be missed by his special extended family of the Keene Fire Department; DiLuzio Ambulance Service; Community Strategies; Monadnock Developmental Services; the Farmer’s Market; and his Andover Street family. He was predeceased by a sister, Jean Kempton, in 2005.
A Liturgy of the Word will be celebrated Friday, April 24th at 11:00AM in St. Bernard Church, 185 Main Street, Keene, NH. Burial will follow in St. Peter’s Cemetery, Drewsville Road (Route 123 North), Drewsville. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00PM at the Foley Funeral Home, 49 Court Street, Keene.
