

He was born in Keene, NH, July 02, 1961, the son of Loretta M. (Bergeron) and Robert J. Lariviere, Sr. He grew up in Keene, attending local schools, and was a 1980 graduate of Keene High School.
Rob’s work career began in high school when he went to work for Coca Cola in Keene. When the Keene plant closed, he transferred to Coca Cola Refreshments in Greenfield, MA, where for the past 30 years he has worked in several areas of the company, working his way up to the position of account manager.
He followed his son’s scouting career as a den leader with his cub scout and boy scout troops. He enjoyed playing on the Monadnock “Muck Men” mud football team. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a member of the Cheshire County Fish and Game Club. His favorite pastime however, was the time he spent with his family, especially his son Robbie, and his yellow lab pup “Bella”.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Howeina H. (Dicey) Lariviere of West Swanzey, his son, Robbie Lariviere, III of West Swanzey, his parents of Keene, two brothers; Chris Lariviere of Stoddard, NH, David Lariviere and his wife, Shari, of Madison, CT, two sisters; Cathy Johnson and her husband, Andrew, of Cleveland, OH, Denise Croteau and her husband, Chuck, of Harrisville, NH, his nieces and nephews; Jennifer Johnson, Amber Lariviere, Peter Croteau, Devin Johnson, Ben Croteau, Jay Johnson, Will Croteau, Kevin Lariviere, Alexis Lariviere, Griffin Lariviere, Catrinia Dicey, Felicia Dicey, his mother-in-law, Marilyn Kay Dicey of Keene, his brother-in-law, Howard Dicey and his wife, Charmine, of Gilsum, NH, his aunt, Carolyn Locke of Keene, and several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 11:30 AM in St. James Episcopal Church, 44 West Street, Keene. Burial will be private. Family and friends are invited to call on Friday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Foley Funeral Home, 49 Court Street, Keene.
