Ronald R. Hull

He was born August 15, 1941, in Presque Isle, Maine, the son of Malcolm W Hull and Doris (Monahan) DeVaux. He proudly served our Nation as a member of the United States Army. He was a member of the West Swanzey VFW and the VFW in Keene. On June 28, 1972 he married the love of his life: Mary Marcotte. For many years the two of

them worked side-by-side in their businesses: West Swanzey Garage and then Northeast Ford & Mustang. He was passionate about his work and took great pride in restoring automobiles. He also loved to do carpentry work.

He had raced at the Monadnock Speedway: #52. He was the first person to win a trophy on the track in his division. He was a long-time member of the Cast & Brass Antique Machinery Club. He also enjoyed collecting various things throughout his life, including coins. Above all he was devoted to providing for his family and being an amazing and loving companion, Dad and grandpa.

He is survived by his wife: Mary M Hull of Sullivan, three daughters: Rhonda Hull of Gilsum, Heidi Bobeen and her partner Bill Mooney of Gilsum and Rebecca Hull and her husband Michael Calverley of Winchendon, MA, four grandchildren: Meghan Cox, Elijah Cox, Sebastian Smith and Ryan Faulkner, five great-grandchildren: Malcom, Lillie, Juliana, Nataleigh and Eliana, his step-mother: Mary E. Hull of Gilsum, two brothers: Michael Hull and his wife Shirley, Marc Hull and his wife Tammy and step-brother Cliff DeVaux, three sisters: Marie Garrapy and her husband Pete, Maxine Ballou and her husband Duff and Marilyn Coppo and her husband Bob, and several nieces, nephews and extended family members. He is predeceased by his brother: Malcolm Hull and his sister: Flora Phillips.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Sullivan Congregational Church, Church Street, Sullivan, on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 2pm. Burial will follow in the Sullivan Center Cemetery.
