Morris "Danny" Dan Wright

Danny served his country proudly in the United States Army. His proudest career accomplishment was becoming a certified mechanic. He enjoyed fixing things, working on vehicles, grilling, fishing and watching the Dallas Cowboys. One of his favorite things to do was tell his life stories to people but especially to his grandchildren.

Danny worked for Charles Wise Buick GMC for about 11 years while working at Leon Dale's Automotive, AAA and Lloyd Hughes. After his move to Texas in 1995 he worked for Gibbs Construction until 2001. His last position began in 2011 with Construction Solutions USA and he worked right up to his passing.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Wright; siblings, Robert Wright of Brownfield Texas, Joe Wright of Stillwater Oklahoma, Marty Wright of Rockwall Texas; children, David Wright of Justin Texas, Christopher Wright of Flower Mound Texas, Amy Hathcock of White Settlement Texas, Jason Wright of Justin Texas, Lindsey Stout of Roanoke Texas, Adrian Wright of Sandia Texas and Leslie "Bo" Carsrud of Roanoke Texas; 9 granddaughters; 5 grandsons; 1 great grandson, mother-in-law, Thelma Watson Rodgers and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his siblings, John Wayne Wright, Bill Wright, Sherry Montgomery, Judy Mathis and Nancy Wright.

Memorial Service will be held at 2 pm, Friday, March 6, 2020 at Keller's Old Town Funeral Chapel, 220 Keller Parkway, Keller, Texas.
