Robert was preceded in death by his father, Wilford Fleming Sr.; his mother, Dolores (Fleming) Johnson; and his stepfather, Randy Johnson.
He spent many years as a dedicated truck driver, a profession that reflected his strong work ethic and love of the open road. In his free time, Robert enjoyed shooting pool, spending time outdoors, listening to music, and watching movies—especially classic John Wayne westerns.
Robert is survived by his two daughters, Jessica Fleming of Olive Branch, Mississippi, and Chelsea Jones of Bartlett, Tennessee; and his two brothers, Wilford Fleming of Keller, Texas, and Scott (Janice) Fleming of Olive Branch, Mississippi.
He will be remembered for his independent spirit, his love of the outdoors, and the simple pleasures that brought him comfort and joy.
