Albert Augusta Romain Leverrier

He will be missed by his loving family; five children: Gerald (Maria) Leverrier, Suzanne (Stephen, deceased) Lord, Trudy (Donald) Lashta, Judy (Bruce, deceased) Paziuk, and Alan (Debra) Leverrier. Ten grandchildren: Jaimie (Michelle) and Chris (Lindsey), Amanda, and Bryn (Delaine), Laura-Lee (Kyle) and Greg, Steven (Ashley) and Matthew, Alanna (Jason) and Ashlee, and four great grandchildren: Megan, Gavin, Liam, And Cayden. Pops was predeceased by his loving wife of 52 years, Dorothy (Dot) in 2001.

Pops was a member of the Knights of Columbus for many years. He worked at the local sawmill for 45 years, retiring as a Journeyman Saw Filer. He loved camping with his wife Dot and his family, and became an avid walker in his retirement years.

A Memorial Mass will be celebtrated at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at St. Theresa's Catholic Church, 750 Rutland Road North, Kelowna, BC.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made in Pops name to the Alzheimer’s Society,
