Dorothy Lorraine Martin

Dorothy passed away peacefully in Kelowna, British Columbia on February 7, 2017.

Dorothy was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Alton Martin.

She is survived by her brothers Larry (Marie) Elmer and Roy (Marilynn) Elmer; also survived by sons Brent (Sherry) of Vancouver and Brian (Correne) of Kelowna.

Dorothy had 5 grandchildren whom she was very proud of and loved dearly, Tyler and Sarah (Brent and Sherry) and Breanna, Jeremy (Tara) and Cody (Brian and Correne).

Dorothy or 'Dot' as she was called by friends had been very active in the community for many years and was well known from her job at East Kelowna Store.

A celebration of Life will be held on March 25, 2017 at 2:00 pm at First Memorial on Sutherland Ave in Kelowna.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations would be appreciated by the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Canadian Diabetes Association.
