Felicitas Gabriele Clark

February 18, 1952 - November 11, 2022

It is with profound sadness and great sorrow that we share the loss of our beloved mother, Lissie. She passed at the young age of 70, on November 11th, and is now with the Lord and loved ones in the heavens above.

Felicitas was known by her family as Lissie, Mom, Oma and to her co-workers as Felicia.

Lissie is predeceased by her mother Erna Pilz, father Ernst Pilz and sister Ingrid Paukszto.

She is survived and will be missed sadly by her sister; Christel Sinclair-Arthur, brothers; Rolf (Crystal) Pilz, Erhard (Lynn) Pilz, brother-in-law Greg Paukszto; daughters; Deveen (Darryl) Doerkson, Sharla Baillie, grandchildren, Tanicia, Kashyah Doerkson, Emily, Isabella, Sarah and Rylan Baillie; several nieces and nephews, relatives, and Larry Ferch, father of her children, and long time friend.

Lissie was born in Hagen, Germany and moved to Canada as a baby with her family to Alberta. They came to set roots in Kelowna in 1966.

Along with raising her two daughters, she worked in retail/sales and hairdressing. She always had the perfect hair styles and she was very proud of it. Never a hair out of place. She found a real passion to work in health care, and graduated from OUC in 1999 with honors, earning her distinction in the Home Support/Resident Care Attendant program. Lissie enjoyed working as a care aid at Cottonwoods Care Centre in Kelowna until she retired in 2019. She loved caring for all and especially those that needed it the most.

When she wasn't working, her favorite moments were spending precious time with her 6 wonderful granchildren whom she loved to pieces. She truly enjoyed the time she spent with them building long lasting memories and taking hundreds of photos to commemorate their time together.

You will be missed. We love you dearly, Mom/Oma. Our lives will never be the same without you.

A celebration of life will be held in late Spring or early Summer of 2023 for friends and family.
