Flo Ewdal

Flo was born in Redvers Saskatchewan on February 9 1937. Her family moved to Vancouver BC in 1948. She graduated from Britannia High School in 1955. She married Chuck Jordan in 1955. They have two children: MindyLynn and Randy.

The family spent two years (1966 – 1968) in Germany and one year (1980) in Australia on teaching exchanges. Travelling around Europe and Australia was a high priority during these times.

Flo worked for BC Tel from 1981 until her retirement.

She married Aerol Ewdal, her second husband, in 1984. They had many adventures together until his death in 2007.

She enjoyed skiing and water skiing in her younger years as well as square dancing and round dancing.

She was predeceased by her parents Jens and Edith Nielsen, husband Aerol, brother Arthur (Chris), brother-in-law Jim, and granddaughter Haillie.

She will be missed by daughter MindyLynn (Ted), son Randy (Peggy), grandchildren Skye, Raine, Grayson and Tyler, and great grandchildren, Cypress, Haillie, Robynn, Annie and Equinox. She will also be missed by sister Mary, nephew Ron and niece Brenda.

There will be a gathering in late July in Vancouver in her honor.
