Kelowna says goodbye to one its finest Rancher and Cowboy, Hunter and Sportsman. Gilbert passed away in the presence of his family on April 30th, 2011 at Kelowna General Hospital at the age of 61. Gilbert was predeceased by his two brothers, Maurice and Aime. He is lovingly remembered by his wife Patricia, son Michael and daughter Lisa. Also left with heavy hearts; granddaughters Samara and Kylie. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday May 9th, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Valleyview Funeral Home, 165 Valleyview Road with Celebrant Cathy Nesbitt.
