LWOWSKI, Jack. Jack passed away peacefully at Kelowna Hospice House on October 8 2021 with Veronica and Brenda by his side. He was 92 years old. He is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Veronica; sons, David, Dan (Darlene), Mark (Julie); daughter Cathy (Glenn) and daughter-in-law Brenda; 17 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren, his sister Jean and sisters-in-law Wanda and Doreen. He was predeceased by sons Steve and Bernard. Jack was born in Ontario and moved to BC as a young boy. He met and married the love of his life, Veronica, in North Vancouver. They moved to Kelowna in 1960. He worked for many years at OK Ready-Mix, retiring in 1991. He and Veronica spent almost every weekend from spring to fall camping in their motorhome at all the local mountain lakes with family and friends. They also did many road trips…near and far, as well as several cruises. He will be forever missed by all that called him husband, dad, grandpa, great grandpa and friend. The family would like to thank Dr. Chamberlain, Patti, the staff of the hospice house and all the other doctors, nurses and care aids that looked after Jack. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Central Okanagan Hospice House. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.valleyviewfuneralhome.com for the Lwowski family.
