Morris "Mo" Frederick Grant passed away peacefully June 13, 2014, at 89 years of age, in Kelowna, B.C., where he made his home for 23 years. Morris was born January 13, 1925 in Douglas, New Brunswick to the late Ellis and Edna Grant.
After serving 27 years in the Canadian Armed Forces, Morris retired from the rank of Chief Warrant Officer. He returned to the same position as a civilian for another 20 years. His RCAF service included postings across Canada and four years at 1 (F) Base in France.
Morris was predeceased by seven siblings: twin brother Willard, Mack, Margaret, Charles, Ernest, Harry and Alexander. He is survived by his wife Jessie Graham, sons Morris Edward; Stephen Franklin; daughter Susan Parker; grandchildren Scott, Amy, Marlie, Sarah, Derek and Nova; great grandchildren Cicely, Alexandria and Elwood.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
