Phyllis passed away peacefully at the Kelowna General Hospital. She leaves behind her husband of 41 years, Joseph (Jack) Warren; her son Ivan (Shannon); three daughters Charlean (Gord), Mary-Ann (Doug), Joanne (Mike); and numerous grand children and great, grandchildren and great, great grandchildren; as well as many dear friends.
