A loving, kind, and caring person who loved music, Richard was a sought-after DJ affectionately known as ‘DJ Roger’.
Richard is survived by parents Lola Gordon and Dennis Peart, sister Christine South-Henry (brother-in-law Garet Henry), brothers Andrew and Andre South, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm at Mountain View Assisted Living facility (Rotunda Room) 1540 K.L.O. Road, Kelowna BC on Thursday August 7th,2025. A graveside burial will take place Friday August 8th, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 2850 Dry Valley Road, Kelowna, BC.
