Ruby passed away peacefully on March 19, 2013 at Spring Valley Manor at the age of 96. She was predeceased by her loving husband Frank Robert Cook in 1978, and one grandchild.
Ruby is lovingly remembered by her 5 children; Dorothy (David) Snelling of Ogema SK, Margarete (Phillip) Langley of Swift Current SK, Bryan (Barb) Cook of Esterhazy SK, Ed (Carol) Cook of Kelowna BC, Don Cook of Ernfold SK, 14 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 21 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will take place on Thursday March 28, 2013 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Valleyview Funeral Home, 165 Valleyview Road with Rev. Gordon Fletcher officiating. Ruby will be laid to rest following the service at Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery at 2:30 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to your charity of choice.
