Dad grew up mostly in Bellflower, California with his three brothers, who he frequently provided merciless pranks and mischief for attention or just for fun. He always loved his family even if he didn't show it. He told me he was surprised he made it to age 50. He almost made it to 80 anyway. Dad had his own way of doing things and that was it. He worked for Sta-Rite Pool Systems and Levi Strauss Company for many years. Dad liked racing, music, Agatha Christie mysteries, UFO science and having breakfast with his friends at DQ or Cafe. I will always be grateful for his providing for my Mom. Christian and I will miss you. Thank you, Dad. Love, Martha and Christian

Biographie

He was a family man... True to himself. Hard working, kind, and not afraid to tell you exactly what u needed to hear. He loved building racecars and going to watch his driver race at the dirt track every weekend since i was a child. Myself and my 2 sisters were very blessed to have been raised most of our life by him and my grandmother. All 3 of us love him dearly and will miss him so much. He was always there for us no matter what. We would not be who we are today without him being an influence in our life. He taught us to be strong, independent, and to stand up for ourself. To never stop fighting for what we love and to always look within to search for the answers to right and wrong . and to always do what is right. He was always so relaxed and carefree. If i have to sum it up i would say the greatest thing i, his grand daughter (cathy) learned from him is that having peace of mind is a treasure and that life is too short to not enjoy every moment. I will miss him so very much and i am at peace because i know that he is no longer suffering
He is free and one day i will see him again so until that day i just wanted to say i love you Lie-Lie and thank you for always being there for me. Fly high, i will honor your memory forever.
