He was born in Columbus, OH the son of the late Carl Boyd and Edith Marie Beltram Jones. He graduated from Oak Ridge High School in Oak Ridge, TN and attended Tennessee Tech and was a Tennessee Volunteer Fan. Mr. Jones was a veteran of the U. S. Army, owner of Boyd Jones and Associates, and was a member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church in Atlanta. He was also a member of the Georgia Regional Mustang Club and American Legion.
He is survived by his son, John Bradford Jones; cousin, Kathy Holesko.
Funeral services will be held Friday March 13 at 12 Noon in the chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home with interment to follow in Pine Ridge Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends between the hours of 10 until 12 Noon on Friday at the funeral home.
