Greetings, I am Lunah Coates, and I proudly identify myself as his cherished granddaughter. As I compose these words, my gaze falls upon the urn containing his ashes. I sincerely hope that he is finding solace in the afterlife. For approximately a year, he graciously provided shelter to me, my mother, and my brother Royal Remter before we eventually moved out. However, just a year later, he departed from this world. Needless to say, this experience was deeply distressing. Adding to my sorrow, my father passed away a year or two after him, resulting in a devastating blow to my mental well-being. Each night, I offer my prayers for his eternal peace. In the kitchen, my mother and I engage in heartfelt conversations about him. Oh, how I yearn for his presence among us. When he passed away, my mother shared a video clip with me, and now, after a few years, I have returned to express my thoughts. Currently, I am attending middle school, whereas during the time I spent with him, I was merely a second-grader. His absence weighs heavily on my heart, and I am currently undergoing therapy to cope with the grief of losing him. I fondly recall the times he would take me, along with my mother, aunt, friends, and a few others, to the pool in our backyard, where we would frolic and share laughter. The void he left behind is profound. In an effort to avoid digressing, I shall conclude my reflections here. Thank you for taking the time to read my words.

 I have a different angle on my message that I'd like to share . Although Brian is my cousin and his passing is and always will be a great loss to the Alley , Barber Family we all know God has his plan for us and in the end we return home to  our creator , but I'm still in state of disbelief and a feeling of shock that Brian would be become a victim of this terrible Virus , He was a lifetime non-smoker and also non-drinker perhaps not in perfect health but surely at the age of 50 not a candidate for the worst outcome that this virus can extract but here we are trying to understand life and the why's and why not's of our journey in time . As I said I have a  different message to deliver because as we all know Brians suffering has ended but we the living carry the suffering and loneliness with us for the rest of our journey  . My heart is Broken for my Aunt Pam and my sister Stacy . I am actually closer in age to Brians mother Pam than I am to Brian and I view her as a big sister as we grew up together and she dragged me around a little bit with her here and there but was always around , whether it was family gatherings or sneaking me into the Drive-Inn with her on a few occassions or practicing her massage and haircutting skills,  which later on my mom turned her into our own free hairstylist , we grew up and older together as FAMILY ,and to see her pain and to know how much Brian meant to her it saddens me to no end .and to my little sister Stacy that was  Brians same age and actually did grow up with and continued a great love and friendship with Brian throughout their lives , one that transcended what most people consider a relationship between cousins theirs was a relationship similar to a brother and sister that  truely loved eachother and spent many days and evenings sharing lives moments .these two ladies are whom I grieve for we all know Brian is in the lords hands while Pam and Stace bare the brunt of this great emptiness..Love You Ladies , RIP Dear Cousin 

First and Foremost…I send my condolences 💐 to the Miller Family.  His Parents, Daughter, his beautiful Grandchildren, and of course his Friends. I met Brian, WoW…I’m guessing somewhere about fifteen(15) years ago.  He and I worked in the automotive industry.  He of course was a mechanic and I was a mere parts specialist.  I actually became acquainted with him through Angie, but didn’t become friends until we started working together.  When I tell you Brian was/is one of a kind.  I can honestly say, he was the coolest individual you will ever meet. Just writing this is making me emotional.  I have nothing but fond memories of him.  During the time he and I worked at Ed Voyles Mitsubishi,  we would often goof off.  Often he would bring his four wheeler to work, and I having zero experience in riding one would get on.  I’d ride the back lot on it.  Once I got the hang of it…is when I fell in love with it.  But I would’ve done it, had it not been for him. So often I would have somewhat of a bad day, dealing with difficult customers.  Whenever he saw that, he would in his way make it better.  There was this one particular time a customer was being, very unkind to me(putting it in a nice way) Brian overheard what was happening, he stepped in and took over.  That was the type of person he was.  Our lunch hours was the absolute best.  Our favorite spot was Red Lobster.  So many times he’d walk up to me, and ask had I eaten yet. Of course I’d say, No.  His response would be…alright let’s go B@*ch.  You’d better not be slow about it.  So many times lunch was on him. He’s the reason why I now eat my steaks rare.  Oh did I mention the countless of times he’d work on my car, and not charge me a cent.  We’d talk all the time about various things. He never once judge me. It’s so rare that you’d find in life, someone like him.  I’m grateful to God for blessing me with such a person like him.  Brian Man I Love You, Rest Easy My Friend💐🕊

Brian was an angel on earth. He loved so many  people  and would help others with anything. I am Joanne,s mother and charlie,s grandmother. I am thankful for Brian loving them and teaching  them so much. Joanne and Brian  loved each other so much.  All of the people in Brian, s life have  lost a great friend.   

We went to Durham town with Brian as we did many times. What an awesome guy he was. I can hardly type this it hurts to think he's gone. 

Fond memories of our time in Boone North Carolina when both our families rented a cabin.  I believe Brian was around 8 years old and our boys Bryan and Keith were around 3 and 5.  We all had an amazing time.  Remembering Brian being such a happy boy and being a great big brother to our boys. Rest In Peace💙

Brian was one of my closest friends that I ever had In my life we hit it off from day one. We roll together, played  together I'll never forget when he  let me ride one of his dirt bikes I damn near  kill myself.  I will always remember you bro..thanks for all the good time we had together. 

You know as Reggie informed me of your passing I thought of all the great times we had together at work at lunch after work! You are and always will be one of great people that I will never every forget ! Thank for your friendship and rest in heaven my friend!

I remember when we had our first official outting together. We had already got our first awkward meeting out of the way weeks prior after our court ordered dna test confirmed once and for all that i was indeed your offspring. We met in the square up in canton at the gazebo. But this time you came to me down in Henry county where i at 16 was of course still living with my mom. You also brought your mom with you to meet me in person for the first time. She was so over the moon to find out she had a grandchild, a granddaughter at that, she gushed about how she couldnt wait to spoil me.. Because up until then her only child, mr. Brian wade miller had no children....or so he thought until i turned up. We went out to eat at chili's on jonesboro rd in mcdonough. I felt so priviledged....at that time in my life my mom struggled financially and we rarely ever ate out at sit down restaurant anymore. So to me that chili's felt like a formal eatting establishment in the inner city. We both loved our food and ate fast and chatted as we waited for Pam Ham to finish her plate.... Lets just say if it was an eatting contest she would be in last place.... She would've been the tortoise in that alleged race against a hare! We picked at her and made light fun of  bird eatting habits that seemed to be going in slow motion but in real time. I knew that afternoon that we would get along just fine with our common sense of humor. The kind of comedy where us being our sarcastic unapologetic @$$#0!3 selves was the usually the only entertainment we needed. I'll miss days like that, the laughs, the little jibes at one another the crude, the dark and the everyday random jokes we shared. What i wouldnt give to hear one more scoff and chuckle from you as you rolled your eyes at me...with that look that says "are they really that stupid?" . miss you, dad, my mentor, my teacher, my provider of wisdom with a side of wiseass cuz its how we communicate best. 

I worked with Brian at Kia of Chamble back when it was in the old nalley building. That was my first intro into automotive as a career. I couldn't have asked for a better person and group of guys. He was always helpful and taught me a good bit and gave me my chance as a tech. Heck he even sold me my first snap on box that I still have to this day. Brian is also the reason I started ridding dirtbikes and bought my first which he then helped fix because that's just the kind of person he was . I have just as many memories of ridding at the multiple places across the state as I did working with him. For anyone who ever got the chance to ride with him a guarantee you have been roosted by the man and tried without success to keep up with that jersey. We spent quite a few weekends on the trails with alot of great people. The last couple of years we did inventories together and had our own brand of fun there as well. He will be greatly missed by all those that were close, and by those of us who had the chance to know and be around him and have him as a friend. RIP until we can meet again.

I worked with Brian many years ago. He was a good man and I looked up to him. I wish I could have seen him one more time to reminisce of the old days. 

B, you were such a father figure to me and the impact you made in my life will forever remain in my heart. Thank you for loving me as you did. You are so deeply missed and loved. 

Brian thank you so much for the kind words you would exchange with me. Your knowledge was appreciated and I truly thank you for everything you did for my father and I . I knew if I ever needed anything you would answer the phone. You were such a nice person. May you rest in paradise my friend. And my condolences to the family. 

Brian was a sweet, loving boy. Gone too soon. He was so much like his mother, who is the sweetest person I have ever met. 

Brian and I knew each other through work, we formed an immediate friendship when we first met. Brian was someone that I could always count on when I needed something done right. He worked long hours to ensure the job always got finished, that’s just the type of person he was. He will truly be missed, the old saying “they don’t make them like they used to” can most certainly be said about my friend Brian Miller. 

Brian was my closest friend.  Brian was my chosen family. . .people close to me knew that Brian was considered my brother.  I learned so much about life, and how to live it growing with him.  He always had a kind word, and was honest to a fault.  He was the one that told you the truth you did not want to hear.  Once you decided to make adjustments based on the truth he was there to help you through it.  Brian had a deep love for life, not just his own, but that for others, and for animals.  I remember, on long trips, he would stop at exits where, in the past, he observed stray cats.  He stopped for no other reason than to buy them food and put it out for them.  Brian fought for those that couldn't fight for themselves with no thought of his own consequences.  This world is diminished with the loss of Brian, and there will forever be an empty place in my heart without him.  It seems I can't look anywhere or do anything this past day without being reminded in some way of my friend.  I only hope and pray tht you are blessed somehow with a friend like Brian.  Godspeed my dear brother, I love and miss you more than words can express.  I know I will see you on the other side, I will wait patiiently until that time comes.
