Bruce Allen Bailey

Mr. Bruce Allen Bailey age 63 of Marietta died Wednesday, January 14, 2015. A memorial service will be held 3 pm Saturday at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw. Interment will follow at Pine Ridge Memorial Park.

Born in St. Joseph, Missouri, Mr. Bailey was an Over the Road Driver for Superior Trucking Company for many years and spent the last 17 years as an Equipment Operator for Cobb County DOT. His passion was riding and building Harley Davidson Motorcycles. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and spending time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents George and Wilma Bailey.

Sister – Gwen Bailey Peel of Marietta

Nephews - Daniel Peel of Marietta; Charlie & Natasha Peel of Woodstock and their four children Shad, Jordan, John, Sallie.

Many cousins also survive.

Family will receive friends from 6 till 8 pm Friday at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw.

In honor of Gwen’s brother, our first calf of the season born today, January 14, we would like to name him Bruce.

So the next time you see a motorcyclist or you’re driving in the country and you see calves frolicking and playing in the pasture, we hope you will think of Bruce and say, “Hi Bruce”.
