It is with deep sorrow and much love that we announce the passing of Cara Atkins, who left us far too soon on July 9, 2025, at the age of 23.

A funeral service to honor and celebrate Cara’s life will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at:

Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home and Memorial Park

Kennesaw, GA 30152

Visitation Times:

• Public Visitation: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Funeral Service: 5:00 PM

Cara brought light and love into every life she touched. Her boundless compassion, creative spirit, and deep affection for animals—especially her wickedly cuddly cat —were only matched by her devotion to others. She had a special place in her heart for individuals with special needs, a passion inspired by her role as a deeply loving and devoted aunt.
